In response to market growth and increased sales, RPI, a leader in automated, mass-customized manufacturing and fulfillment for the consumer print-on-demand market, today announced the expansion of its executive team and corporate offices. The additional office space allows for growth within the company’s separate manufacturing facility and houses its entire administrative staff, including new executives Russell Nickel as chief financial officer, Rick Bellamy as chief information officer and Gary Horsfall as vice president of manufacturing.
Nickel brings more than 12 years of public accounting experience at firms such as BDO Stoy Hayward and Moss Adams to his position at RPI. He also served in the private sector as the controller for Chef’n Corporation and the vice president of finance for Screenlife, LLC. He earned a B.A. at the University of Washington and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
Prior to joining RPI, Bellamy spent more than 15 years in technology and operational management with companies such as E.pr, Iridio and Premedia Technologies, a division of RL Donnelley. Most recently, he served as the CIO and Interim CEO of Ivey Imaging, a marketing services company providing graphics solutions for brand and retail stores.
Horsfall contributes more than 20 years of manufacturing experience to RPI, having previously served in top-level executive positions at firms with up to $115 million in sales and over 600 employees. He formerly operated a private consulting practice providing process improvement, lean manufacturing implementation and interim management services to the manufacturing industry. He holds a B.A. from the University of Oregon and is APICS certified in several areas of manufacturing.
“With more than 50 percent of U.S. households now owning a digital camera and cell phone cameras improving to support 3-4 Megapixels resolution, more consumers are producing quality digital photos. As a result, the market for converting these pictures into personal memory products is continuing to expand,” said John Perez, CEO of RPI. “By assembling a strong, experienced and committed executive team, RPI is fully equipped to focus on developing new consumer products and services that push the boundaries further, ranging from unique wedding picture books that replace traditional albums to fully-digital scrapbooking templates.”
RPI’s new corporate facility is located at:
