| Jacquelin Vanderwood June 15, 2001 What is Cresotech Hotpancake? It's a file cabinet and image editor for all your multimedia projects such as music, video, graphic images, and text files. It includes a text editor, an image editor, an image grabber, and a sound recorder. Here is the main screen that you encounter when you first launch Hotpancake. As you can see, you access all your files on the left hand side of the screen. You can also insert/delete selections and preview. 
The text editor has the basic features that every text editor possesses. 
The Image Editor has the option of applying effects, it has correction tools, transitions, and items such as Mirror and more. The second screen below that has all of the effects has to be accessed through the menu and it becomes a separate screen when selected. 
Here you have the Image Grabber. What that does is allows you to import images or videos/animations and play them, then save and print them.
