| Texture Anarchy is a Photoshop compatible plugin that allows you to quickly and easily create custom textures. It is very easy to use. From the main interface you can create randomly unique textures just by playing with the settings that are available. This is what is referred to as room 1. In the Edge and Tiler Anarchy plugins you have a couple of more rooms. One is the layer editor and the other is the deep noise editors. This is where you can really create some awesome textures that are truly unique. The three filters are Edge Anarchy, Texture Anarchy Explorer and Tiling Texture Anarchy. The two screenshots above were created in just seconds by opening a blank canvas in Paint Shop Pro and applying the default settings. You can adjust lighting brightness, spread and highlight with the lighting editor as well as color. By clicking on the presets you can combine them to create totally unique textures. The Tiling Texture Anarchy filter is most awesome. As with the other filters, you have many options for creating wonderful textures. The difference with this texture filter is that the textures created are seamless. The filters allow for adjustment through rotation, moving and scaling.
