This is an incredible upgrade and here's why: There are now new design styles with borders, boards, and the combo of boards and holes. The program has been given a new user interface to make it easier to create. These features include a new up-to-date look and feel, docking windows and toolbars along with context sensitive customizable menus. The tools have been improved as well allowing the user to move items and manipulate shadows with ease by just clicking and dragging. Another new important option is the ability to export the animation in the AVI format while specifying compression plus other settings. If you have XARA X or a later version, you can create a shape in that program and paste it into this new version 6 and then use the extrude tool and edit the piece. When you have completed designing the artwork/text, you can then save it as a bitmap and paste it back into XARA X. With all these new improvements plus other minor enhancements, the program is far handier to use. It's quick and in no time you'll have a new animation up and running ready for viewing.
