CorelDRAW 9 Bible
Jed Clampett
March 1, 2000
Whether you are a new user or just new to version 9
of CorelDRAW, you will find everything you need to know in this comprehensive reference. I
could make this review very short and say, "If you are a previous "Bible"
user then you know already how complete and precise this is." But just in case you
have never owned or looked at a book in the "Bible" series, I'd better give you
some of the juicy details.
If you are new to CorelDRAW
then the Dockers may seem a mystery as well as how to access the myriad of goodies that
Draw offers. These things are explained and illustrated first thing. After all, you can't
build anything if you can't open the darn toolbox!
You can practice what
you've been learning by using the tutorials on the included CD-ROM, or view amazing
CorelDRAW illustrations in the 16-page color section.
When an image
is needed for an
exercise or example a little CD icon appears to let you know it's on the CD. There is also
an icon that alerts you to the fact that it is a new feature to Draw 9.
Because the evolving trend
of illustration packages today is toward the Internet, this topic is incorporated
throughout.
The best way of letting you
get a glimpse of what this reference contains is to give you the outline of the book.
