Radioactive Cell Animation - Adobe After Effects Tutorial

Begin by creating a solid for the background (ctrl+Y). |  | 2 | | Find and apply the Cell Pattern located under Effect. |  | 3 | | Set the Contrast to 150. |    | 6 | | Select frame 1. Alt+click on the word Dispersion to set a keyframe and change the amount to 1.00. Hit the U key to see it in the timeline. |  | 7 | | Alt+click on the word Evolution and set to one revolution. Hit the U key again. |  | 8 | | Alt+click on Evolution at the 2 frame. Change the revolution to 45. |   | 9 | | At frame 3 - set to another keyframe and Alt+click Evolution. Set to 230. |  | 10 | | Frame 4. Follow the above directions. |   | 12 | | Select the 1st, 3rd, and 5th frames. |  | 13 | | Select Easy Ease Out. For the other three frames, select Easy Ease In. |  | 14 | | Go to the first frame. Apply Color Balance. |  | 15 | | Animate all 6 frames with the red, green, and blue shadows and midtones. All are set to 0. Go to frame one and set the red shadow and midtones to 75. Go to frame 3 and set the reds back to 0 but set the blue shadows and midtones to 75. Go to frame 5 set the blues to 0 and set the green shadows and midtones to 75. Hit home and press the Spacebar. Apply the Keyframe Assistant Easy Ease In and Easy Ease Out to the appropriate frames. |  | 16 | | Close all layers by hitting U. Hit the Home key. Place the text graphic into the layers. With the layer selected, Press R to open up Rotation. Set a keyframe at the beginning. Go to the last keyframe by hitting End and setting the Rotation to 100. |  | 17 | | Finally set a keyframe for every frame at 100.
