Magnifier Expression - Adobe After Effects Tutorial
| Jacquelin Vanderwood June 1, 2004 | 1 | | To start create two layers, one with an object with either a transparent center or an object with no center, and also some kind of background for the magnifier to view. |   | 2 | | Apply Bulge to the background layer. | | 3 | | Click on the Bulge Center clock. Hit U to open it up in the timeline. | | 4 | | Choose Animation and Add Expression. |  | 5 | | Make sure the layer is named correctly and type in the following words: | from_world(this_comp.layer("Magnifier").position)  | 6 | | Use the Pickwhip and apply it to the magnifier layer. |  | 7 | | On the magnifier layer open Motion Sketch. Check Show wireframe and Keep background.
