Set the animation to 30 keyframes. Begin by typing the word Hollywood, and then drag the Broadway text effect onto the layer.
Hit the U key twice to bring up the effects properties.
Reduce the Frequency to 7.
At keyframe 1 set a keyframe with the opacity of 30%. At keyframe 15 set a keyframe with the opacity changed to 55%.
Let's duplicate the layer and change the coloring of the letters to white. Change the opacity for both keyframes to 75%
Apply Scatter to the top layer and set Scatter Amount to 26.
Now let's apply Twirl to the layer.
At keyframe 20 I animate the twirl anchor point off the scene to the left.
