In the is tutorial I'll be showing you how to make Radio Waves do interesting effects.
We want the composition to be 10 seconds long so in Composition Settings type 10 and a period. Start by creating a solid Control+Y.
Then apply Radio Waves to the solid.
Start by setting the first keyframe at the beginning for Producer Point.
At each frame I put a keyframe between zero to 9 and moved the Producer Point around the screen
Leave Parameters are set at: Birth.
Leave Render Quality at 4.
Wave type will be Polygon.
Change Sides to 4.
Change Curve Size to 1.
We want to animate side for each of the frames so change animations from 3 to 4 to 5.
Set Wave Motion Frequency to 30.
Set Expansion to 3 which tells us the speed at which the polygon expands.
Set a keyframe for Orientation.
Open Orientation with the U key and delete it.
Hold the Alt key and click on Orientation.
Type random(720)-360.

Check Reflection.
Set Opacity to 1.
Set Spin to 50.
Set Lifespan to 5.
Check Reflection.
Set the Fade-in and Fade-out to 5,the Start Width to 10 and the End Width to 20.
Hit the Home key and set a keyframe for Color. Change the color to red.
Set keyframes colors at each frame number. If you twirl open Color you'll be able to see the different colors you've selected to animate.

At this point run a RAM preview then save the RAM preview.
