In the lesson you'll learn how to create a zoom in effect with a photograph that is first edited in Photoshop.
Here we have a photo that we'll use.

However you can, cut out the girl by first duplicating the background twice. I used the Eraser tool mainly for this lesson.

The next step is to clone out the girl from the layer below.

Save the file and open the project in After Effects. For the girl layer, we're going to scale it so put a keyframe in the beginning.

Then add a keyframe at frame 5 and scale to 155%.

For the background layer, apply Gaussian Blur and add a keyframe at the beginning.

At frame 5 increase the Blurriness to 10.
