In this tutorial we'll create a background...........
Start by creating a new solid layer and make sure to click on Make Comp Size.

Now apply the Effects & Preset filter Orb.

Set Fractal Type to Swirly.

Under Tritone change the Midtone to red.

Apply CC Ball Action and change Grid Spacing to 10 and Ball Size to 132.

Select and apply Color Output Cycle and choose Golden 2.

Now apply CC Radial Fast Blur and choose for Zoom Darkest.

The background is now set and contains an array of shapes and shadows. You can render the frame out and save it for use in other programs. Move the slider along in the timeline then save each unique change by going to Composition>Save Frame As>File then choose where you want to save it too. My suggestion is to make a background library file so that all the backgrounds you create can be accessed at anytime.
