In this tutorial we will show you how to rotate your text, in Flash CS3.
Start a new document.
Then, set the frame rate to 28:

Then, select the Text tool and type any text on the stage.
For this example I have typed "www.designertoday.com"

While the text is still selected, right click over your text and select: Break Apart.

After that, choose: Modify/Timeline/Distribute to Layers.

Now you will get this:

After that, take the Selection Tool and click on frame 5 of the first letter and press F6.
In my example that is letter "w". See the image below:

Take the Selection Tool again and click once on the first frame.
Then, go to the Properties Panel and on "Tween" choose Motion, for "Ease" set 0 and for "Rotate" choose CW:

Then, click on frame 3 of the second letter, and press F6.
After that, click on frame 8 and press again the F6 key:

Now, click on frame 8 of the first letter and press the F5 key:

Now you just have to repeat this process for every other letters in the text.
Finally you will have something like this:

Now test your movie, this is the result:
