Change the right color to gray and apply the gradient. |   | 4 | | Copy, reduce, change to black and move it down. |  | 5 | | Follow the same procedure and change to white. Group. |  | 6 | | Apply a Twist warp to the eye. Then use Expand to make permanent. |  | 7 | | Use the Reflect tool to duplicate using Vertical. |  | 8 | | Create a new layer and drop it below the current one. Hold the Alt key down and create an ellipse. |  | 9 | | Create the gradient below. Use the Gradient tool and drag up and outside of the oval. Test to get the right touch. |   | 10 | | Create a new layer below the last one. Draw an ellipse and then open Warp Options. Select Shell Lower and set to Horizontal and a Bend of 10%. Apply Transform to make permanent. Make the new gradient below and apply. |   | 11 | | New layer below all others. With the Pen tool draw one leg then duplicate and move. Duplicate the layer and use the Reflect tool and choose the Copy button. |  | 12 | | On a layer behind the head, draw a 20 pt. antennae. Then select Outline Stroke. Draw a different line |   | 13 | | Apply a Zig Zag to the antennae. |  | 14 | | Create a layer under the head layer and draw an ellipse in the center. Fill with black and stroke with white at 7 pts. Add a Pucker & Bloat of 54%. Then apply Zig Zag with a size of 18 pt., Absolute, 2 Ridges, and Smooth. Apply a Drop Shadow to the mouth with the settings of Multiply, 100% Opacity, X and Y Offset of 7 pt., and a Blur of 3 pt. Also apply the same Drop Shadow to the eyes.
