I have drawn with the Pen tool a triangle that is lopsided.

To straighten out the line, use the Direct Selection tool and select both anchor points. Now choose Average.
Then choose Vertical.
Now you right click on the triangle and choose Make Guides to turn it into a guide that we can follow.
Use the Rectangle tool and create a rectangle. Use the Direct Selection tool to pull down or up anchor points to meet the guide.


Alt+drag a copy of the first adjusted rectangle and move up to fit the bottom guide.
Shift and drag from the upper right corner. Make sure Snap to Point is turned off.
Continue using the same method to build a wall in perspective as shown below.
