Start with 5.5" by 8.5" in vertical format and CMYK.

Using the Line Segment tool, draw a line in the center to denote the fold line. This line will be dotted and will be a guide so use the Lock feature.
Next we need to set up guides at 1/4" all around.
Create a new layer and lock the former one. Make two rectangles and fill them with color.
For the back of the note card, make the two rectangles a pattern then create a rectangle and fill it with the pattern.
Here I've created a thin rectangle and then put the URL for the company above it. For the center of the back of the card, I put the name of the come followed by the actual parent company above it using Text on a path. Then I created a 20 point star to fill in the space. Finally I added the address and phone numbers at the bottom. The back is finished.

I then grouped everything and used the Rotate tool to turn the piece 180 degrees and moved it up.
Ungroup the back and select the title. Hold the Alt key down and copy it. Use the Rotate tool to turn it 180 degrees and move it to the front and bottom. Move it to a new layer. Create a new layer and move it below the one below.
Create a large circle then open the Scribble filter and make the circle more exciting.
Create a 5 point star and change it's transparency to Lighten.
Finally, duplicate the star and change it's transparency to normal.
