To create this baby bottle, we first use the Pen tool and create half of a bottle as shown below in Outline view. The reason we need to look at this in Outline view is because the bottle and nipple are in 50% transparency white.
Then I also create a label to decorate the bottle and dropped it into the Symbols palette.
The next step is to group all of the parts of the bottle. Now select Revolve from the Effect menu.
At the default settings, click Preview to see the bottle.
Click on the Map Art button and select the symbol we created. Click on the arrow to find the surface of the bottle.
If you can't see the label, select different positions to help you view the label.
I decided to have the label totally readable from the front as shown. That's how you make a 3D baby bottle.
