3D Logo – Illustrator CS3 Tutorial

In this tutorial we will show you how to create a 3d logo that you can use for a book cover in Illustrator.

First select the Type tool, and type in "Illustrator".

After that, go to: Effect/Warp/Arc:

Then, and apply the following settings:

After that, go to: Effect/3D/Extrude & Bevel...

Then, the 3D Extrude Bevel Options window will appear.
Select the following settings:

Press OK.

Then, you can apply a gradient color to your logo:

This effect is great as you can create cool logos and you can even apply them as a cover art:
