Start by creating a PDF.

Select Advanced and choose Web Capture, and for this demonstration let's choose Append Web Page
Either type a URL here or select Browse, then watch the Download Status screen.
Since I specified only one level, it only downloaded the main artwork of the primary page, and also the links on that page as a separate PDF page.
You can then, if you choose (and using my own site for demonstration), go to a different site and select Get only and choose two levels. Remember, you can edit out the parts you don't want to keep.
So here we have what is on the PDF file so far. The first image was placed there from the hard drive.
If you want to add a note to each page, right-click on the page and select Add Note.
See the little box to the left of the yellow box. This is the note. Just type in the information you want to convey.
Finally, you can click on the Options arrow and choose to set the status of the piece. Select Set Status>Review> and make a selection.
