In this tutorial we will show you how to turn your white background image into transparent in Adobe Fireworks CS3.
Import your image by going to: "File/Import":
Here we have our image with a white background:
What we need to do is to Save our image into a Gif format.
Lets go to:"File/Save As":
Then, we need to select the GIF format and the INDEX TRANSPARENCY (if you dont select it, your image will be saved with the white background color again).
Click: "Ok"
Ready to go!! =)
Its easy!!
