In this tutorial we will show you how to colorize an image in Paint Shop Pro. Tutorial Includes project files.
Open an existing photo/image

Use the Lasso Tool selection method to create a selection on the main object:

These are the Selection settings:
Type = Point to point
Feather = 0
Smoothing = 1
Antialias = checked

After doing so, Invert the selection by pressing Ctrl+Shift+I.

Then, apply Colorize Filter (Shift+L).
Colorize Settings Settings are:
hue=0 saturation=0.

After that, lets apply the Sunburst effect: Effects/Illumination Effects/Sunburst.

Sunburst Settings
Color = White Brightness = 77 Horizontal = 73 Vertical = 0 Density = 0 Brightness = 43 Circle Brightness = 95

Now go to: Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize:

Settings: hue=36 saturation = 112

Look how nice it looks =)
