In this tutorial we will show you how to apply a Spherize filter in your image in Paint Shop Pro. Tutorial Includes project files.
First of all, lets open an existing picture
After that, apply Spherize filter (Effects / Geometric Effect / Spherize)
A new window will pop up.
Now try these settings:
Strength = 100
Shape = Circle
Apply again the Spherize filter by pressing CTRL+Y
Finally, apply "Balls and Bubbles" filter (Effects / Artistic Effects / Balls and Bubbles)
Use the following settings:
This is the great result:
