In this tutorial we will show you how to blend two photos in Paint Shop Pro. Tutorial Includes project files.
First open two images, your main subject (woman) and the background image (sky)
Sky photo:
Woman Photo:
Then, pick the Freehand Tool and draw a selection on your woman photo as shown below.
The Freehand Settings:
Selection Type = Point to Point
Feather = 30
Anti-Alias = Checked
After that, place a copy of the selection to your clipboard by pressing CTRL+C
Now, choose your background image (sky).Then, paste the clipboard content by pressing CTRL+E
After doing so, deselect the selection by pressing CTRL+D.
Then, change both current layers blend mode to Hard Light (Layers/Properties)
This is the result:
