Painting Flowers With A Message Card - Corel Painter Tutorial
| Jacquelin Vanderwood January 1, 2004 | 1 | | Select Oils and Thick Oil Flat 20. |  | 2 | | Let's choose a golden yellow brown. |  | 3 | | Paint in some areas resembling the ones below. |  | 4 | | Now choose Thick Oil Bristle 10 and green. |  | 5 | | Paint in the green areas below. |  | 6 | | Reduce the size of the brush and paint in more stems. |  | 7 | | Select a light yellow. Choose Artists Impressionist. Paint in the background. |   | 8 | | Follow the settings below and apply colored highlight to the flowers and stems. |     | 9 | | Select the dark purple and with the settings below, darken areas of the flowers. |     | 10 | | Choose Lift Canvas to Water Color Layer. |  | 11 | | Create a watercolor layer and drop it behind the flower layer. Choose Watercolor and Wet Wash Flat 35. Opacity is 30% and Feather is 4.5. Use a very light pastel violet and paint in part of the background in vertical strokes.
