Painting a Pineapple - Corel Painter Tutorial
by Jacquelin Vanderwood | 1 | | Open up a photo that you would like to use. | | 2 | | Under Paper, select Basic Paper. Apply the paper texture to the photo by using Apply Surface Texture. | | 3 | | Using the Water brush, select Water Rake>Cover>Grainy Edge Flat Cover and begin the modify the background. | | 4 | | I used these various options to create and enhance the overall picture. The Water brush was used to mold the look, and the Water Color brush was used to add depth under the pineapple. The Eraser was used as a bleaching agent to create highlights. | | 5 | | Finally, I used the Artists>Seurat>Wet>Grainy Wet Buildup to add interest to the background. | | Copyright 1999 Jacquelin Vanderwood, All rights reserved |
