In this tutorial we will show you how to cut unwanted areas of an image in Corel PhotoPaint.
First, lets Open an existing photo
We have the photo of a dog, but we want to take the area that surrounds the animal:
Cropping allows you to select a rectangular area that you want to keep and discard the rest, so this is what we will do:
Go to the Tools Panel and select the CROP Tool:
Now that the crop tool is selected, we need to select the rectangular area that we want to keep:
As soon as you select the area, right click over the image and select "Crop to Selection"
And you are done!!
