In this tutorial we will show you how to convert a photo into an impressionist painting in Corel PhotoPaint.
Open an existing Image
Now go to the Main Menu and select: Effects/Art Strokes/Impressionist
A new window will pop up:
Select: Dabs
Then put the following settings:
Dab Size: 5
Coloration: 5
Brightness: 35
Then click OK
This is the result:
Now what you can do is open a picture frame image: File/Open
Then you select the image above and paste it inside it.
