Look at the horizon. We can fix that.
Go ahead and select the Crop tool.
Press the Clear button at the top to get rid of any previous settings.
Select the whole photo.
Rotate the photo in the direction it's tilting.
Press the Enter key. Notice how the horizon has now straightened out.
Now you can go ahead and reselect with the Crop tool the photo area you want to keep.
Open up Shadow/Highlights under Image>Adjustments. Default numbers came up for this photo and I liked the result so I did nothing to the settings.
And here is the result of everything we did. Notice how the colors looked so much more vibrant. I also added a Lens Flare and some text for interest.
