In this lesson I'll show you how to make color adjustments to a photo to enhance it's overall look.
Click Control+M to open Curves.
To make the grid smaller, press the Alt key and click on the grid.

I start by keeping the Channel on RGB, then I make two clicks inside the grid to make a general adjustment to the photo.
Changing to the Red channel I try to adjust the color in the water.
I notice the foreground color in the water is off so I then make more adjustments in the Green Channel.
I make the final adjustment to the Blue Channel.
Below we have the before and after photos. The before photo had a lot of blue going on, more than the real scene had. The water was more defined after adjustments were made. We've made the photo appear more natural.
