In this tutorial we will show you how to replace colors in Adobe Photoshop. Tutorial Includes project files.
First, open the image you want to replace the colors to.

Now duplicate the original photo/image layer and after that, hide the original one by clicking over the eye.
Select "layer2"

Next, select the Color Replacement Tool from the toolbar

Then on the "Options Bar" adjust it's tool features as I have captured below:

Experiment with your Brush Preset and Tolerance level, depending on the size of your document.
Set your Foreground color to your desired preference. I chose red.
Click ONCE anywhere on the green shirt area of the target image, and drag around until all is covered.
