In this tutorial we will show you how to give motion to any image in Adobe Photoshop CS3.
First, you will need to open 2 pictures:
The animal, person, or car, you want to give motion to, and also the background Image.
In this case I chose a tiger and an African landscape.

You will need to place the photo of the tiger over the background Image:

At this point it looks pretty fake. We need to see the animcal in motion and remember that the background would not be moving, only the animal.
Select your circle marquee tool and draw a oval shaped selection around the tiger's head:

Go to Select/Modify/Feather and type: 30

Now, lets add a blur effect to the animal.
Go to: Filter/Blur/Motion Blur

The Motion Blur window will pop up.
Choose:
Angle:0
Distance:5

This is the result:

Have Fun!!
