In this tutorial we will show you how to use the Pen tool in Photoshop CS3.
Start a new document.
Choose the Photoshop's pen tool in the tools panel.
Now lets create a new work path.

You can find this options in the top left hand corner of the Photoshop window:

Now lets select the "add to path area" from the panel options:

After doing so, take your pen tool and click on a blank canvas and start drawing. Each time you click you are creating an anchor point.

Remember that we can add and delete anchor points on the path we just created.
Now, right click on the pen tool on the toolbar to select the "Convert Point Tool" for the curvature modification and moving anchor points.

As soon as you select the Convert point tool, click and drag on the second anchor point. Without letting go, move the mouse around and see how it affects the curve. As you see you can create also curves!!

Finally, move the entire path by selecting the Path Component Selection Tool from the toolbar and drag the path to a new location:

You can do it!!
