In this tutorial I'll show you how to correct this photo using the filter Lens Correction.
As you can see, the street and building on the left appear to tip upwards slightly giving the appearance that the photo is distorted. We can fix that.

Duplicate the photo. Next, open Filter>Distort and Lens Correction.

Here is the screenshot of the Lens Correction filter.

Click on the Straighten tool.

Using the foundation line of the building, drag out a line exactly as the base appears.

When you have done that, click OK.

Select the Crop tool and select the area to crop. To adjust the positioning as you go along, also press the spacebar.

Hit Enter to make it permanent.
