Delineating eyes – Photoshop CS3 Tutorial

In this tutorial we will show you how to delineate eyes in Photoshop CS3.

Open a photo:

Then, right click over the background layer and select: "Duplicate Layer":

Then select the "Burn Tool" :

After that start delineating both eyes:

Now open the eyelashes gifs (you can find them inside the document) and apply them.

There you go:
