In this tutorial we will show you how to crystallize a video (its like a pixilated effect) in Adobe Premiere. Tutorial Includes project files and video.
Start a new document.
Go to the Project Panel and right click over it and choose "Import File"
Import the video that you are about to use.

Go to the Video Panel Effects and choose: Pixelate/Crystallize

As soon as you release the Crystallize effect over the video at the Timeline Panel, the Crystallize Settings window will pop up:

Select the amount of cell size you want to be added on your video, I chose "10", then click OK.
Its easy =)
