In this tutorial we will show you how to modify the color balance effect of your video in Adobe Premiere. Tutorial Includes project files and video.
Start a new document.
Go to the Project Panel and right click over it and choose "Import File"

After you Import the video and release it on the Timeline Panel, go to the Video Windows and select Color Balance.
As soon as you select it you have to release it into the video you just imported, at the Timeline Panel:


When this happens the Color Balance option will automatically appear into the Effects Control window:

Now, what you have to do is to move the bar of the Color Balance (at the Effect Control window) into the place where you prefer,
and the colors will start changing.

You can choose, Color Balance/Setup from the Effect Control Panel and the Color Balance Settings window will open up,
this will allow you to even make more changes and have more control of the color balance of the video.

Its easy!!
