In this tutorial we will show you how to zoom a video in Adobe Premiere. Tutorial Includes project files.
Start a new document
Go to the Project Panel and right click over it and choose "Import File".
Import a video.
Click Ok

Select the clip in the Timeline and Choose Clip/Video Options/Motion

The Motion Settings Window will Pop Up:

In the Zoom option, drag the slider or type a scaling percentage, for instance type: 250%.
Watch the sample image in the upper right corner of the dialog box.

In the sample image with the motion path, drag the first (red) motion point to position the scaled clip in the frame.
I centered the image of the dancer girl (because that's the point I would like to zoom).

Click Ok.
Now compare the two videos I uploaded, and you will see how the zoom is working.
Enjoy!!
