In this tutorial will show you how to change your video frame size in Adobe Premiere.
Start a new project.
Go to File/New Project

The Available Presets window will pop up.
Choose Multimedia Video for Windows and click Ok.

After that, go to the Project Menu and select Project Settings/General.

The Project Settings Panel will appear, go to the Video Section.
Usually the frame size is automatically set to: 320 X 240 and this is what we will change.

Lets suppose that you want a smaller Frame size for your video because you need to export that video to a website,
in that case change the number to 140.
Remember to always leave the Aspect 4:3 clicked.

Then click Ok.
Now, you can import a video and make all the changes you want.
You dont have to worry about the frame size window as it will be saved to 140.
Have fun!!!!
