This scroll text property tutorial is useful for directing users to a specific paragraph in a long passage, or creating scrolling Text Fields.
Select the Text tool in the Tools Panel and draw a rectangle as seen below:
Now go to the Text Panel and where it says: Name, write: txt Make sure the Target is clicked. Also you have to select the option: Dynamic Text.
Now click on Hide Options and select ADVANCED, and where it says Variable write: scroll_.
Now make 2 buttons, as I taught you before, but this time without text but any shape you like.
For example 2 circles:
Click the first circle, (this will be the Down button) that scrolls the Text Field txt:
Now, the following code is attached to the 'Up' button that scrolls the Text Field txt:
And you are done!!!!
