In this tutorial will show you how to make a link inside an image in Dreamweaver.
Start a new document. Then go to the top of the screen and select: Insert/ Image

Then, highlight your image so the image properties panel is available.

Name your image map. Make sure there are no spaces in the name. You may only have one image map with that name.
As an example I called it: "flower" :


Use the rectangle, oval or the polygon tool on the toolbar to draw hotspot over sections of your image.
In this case, I selected the Oval tool, as in using a flower as an example.
When you complete the hotspot, go to the hotspot properties panel. Then, write the URL of the address you would like to link it to. Where it says: "ALT" write the word you want to appear when the visitor clicks on the flower.

This is how your image will look like, very simple =)
