In this tutorial we will show you how create popup windows with an image in Dreamweaver.
Start a new document.
Then go to the main menu and select INSERT/IMAGE (and select the image you want to open a new window).
This image is the one I will use to open a new window.
With the image selected, go to your Behaviors Panel and click the plus (+) sign to open the drop down menu.
Then, select the Open Browser Window action.
A new window will appear.
Type in the url to display on the popup window, for example: http://www.designerstoday.com
This will be the page that the popup window will open.
Enter the width and the height of the window If you want the window to popup without any attributes, just leave the remaining options blank.
Then click Ok to close the window and apply the settings
Now, every time you click on the Image above, a window will popup with the size and page you selected.
