In this tutorial we will show you how to make a button with the up and over state effects in seconds, in KoolMoves.
Lets select the Create Empty Button tool at the tools panel:
After doing so, select the draw ellipse.
Draw the ellipse on your document.
Now we are creating the UP STATE of your button.
After drawing it, select the fill tool and fill it with a color:
Now select the OVER STATE button and again fill the ellipse, this time with another color:
Believe it or not, you just created a button:
