Create a new layer for this step. Now select the Rectangle tool.

Make sure Paths is selected.
Use the Direct Selection tool to make the rectangle not so perfect by select corner points and moving them a little.
Hit the Enter key to make the lopsided rectangle active then fill the rectangle with color.
Move the piece up and over a little then reselect it through the Paths palette. Invert the selection (Control+I) then select the Spray Can brush. Spray around the piece.
Reselect the original rectangle through the Paths palette. Choose a darker color and spray around the piece once time.
Open Custom Shapes and pick a heart. Drag out the heart on the piece. Delete the interior.

Create another heart and respray.
Reselect the original heart in the Paths palette. Make it active then use the Modify and Border Selection set at 20 to make an outline. Respray with a lighter color.
Use the Pen tool and draw out a character.
Save the path.
Delete the interior. Spray with another color.
Under Modify use Expand set to 20. Now set the opacity of the brush to 50% and spray around the piece.
Select the original path and use the Border Selection set to 10. Change the color and the mode of the brush to Overlay and spray around the piece.
With the Ellipse tool create several circles and save the path layer. Use the Fill with Foreground Color button located on the Paths palette.
Move the circles down then use Invert and spray around the circles with a light opacity strength. Use the arrow keys to move the selection upward then respray with brown still using the same brush we started with. Make sure the opacity is low.
Use the Pen tool and create some repetitive designs. Make active and hit the Delete key. Use the arrow tool and move the selection up and over. Use a burnt brown and spray then change to a darker brown and spray again. Use the Invert option and then select a dark color. Spray at end of a design piece then press the Shift key and go to the other end and spray. This will give you a straight line.
Select white set to Screen and Opacity at 29% and respray over the last parts we did.
Use the Pen tool and create a design and the bottom. Use a darker blue and run through the design quickly with the color. Use the arrow tool to move the selection up and over. Select yellow and spray again. Move the design up and over the other way again. Use the same color with it's mode set to Clear, then spray.
Select the Grass 1 shape and drag it out onto the art. Hit Enter and Invert.
Spray around the pieces with an opaque green then use the Fade option set to 48% Opacity and Overlay mode. Then use the Pen tool and go several times around the frame overlapping the lines as you go. Then close the lines and hit Enter. Use the Spray Can brush and spray black around the selection. Use Fade and reduce Opacity.
